Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.
Print-on-Demand Orders Items fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner (custom apparel and accessories) require additional production time of 2–7 business days before shipment. This is in addition to the shipping time listed below.
Domestic Shipping (United States) Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping — 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM CST)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Eligibility and thresholds are displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays StokZyn is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact us at support@stokzyn.com or call (844) 786-5996.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. StokZyn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@stokzyn.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
